Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time:
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Once your order has left our facility and is in the hands of the courier, we are no longer responsible for any delivery issues, including lost or delayed packages.

Please note that no orders are shipped on Sundays. If you place an order on a Saturday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.

If you require express shipping, please contact us via email before placing your order. Allow up to 24 hours for a response regarding availability and options.

International Customers:
For orders outside the UK, delivery typically takes between 7-14 days. However, actual delivery times may vary depending on your country’s customs processes and other factors beyond our control.

If your shipment is delayed, please use the tracking number provided to get updates directly from the courier service.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check their email for tracking updates and any customs-related notices.
