At niisaa.co, we take pride in offering high-quality products crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the delicate nature of our items and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Please double-check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing niisaa.co@outlook.com.
To help us process your claim quickly, please:

  • Include clear photos showing the defect or damage and the packaging.

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue.

Our team will review your submission and respond promptly with the next steps. If your claim is valid, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement.

RETURN GUIDELINES (IF RETURN APPROVED)
In the rare case that a return is accepted, the following conditions must be strictly followed:

  • Condition of the Item:
    Must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    Free from stains, creases, odors, or any signs of use.
    All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

  • Packaging:
    Package securely to avoid damage during shipping.
    Returns damaged due to poor packaging will be rejected.

  • Shipping:
    Use a tracked shipping service for returns and send within 7 days of receiving approval.
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • Inspection:
    Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items not meeting the above criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
